You connect via Stripe OAuth — one click, read-write access to payment events. We never store your Stripe secret key. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes and requires no code changes.
What's the success fee based on?
The success fee applies only to payments we directly recover — i.e., a payment that failed and was subsequently captured through Retriev's retry or email flow. We track this precisely via Stripe webhooks.
Will recovery emails annoy my customers?
No — our AI is calibrated to be helpful, not spammy. Emails are timed thoughtfully, personalised to each customer, and capped at sensible frequency limits. Customers respond well because the emails feel human.
